The eldest Stamptastic kids are now both 18 🤯 and will hopefully be going off to University next year (fingers crossed they get in and have a better time of it than this years Uni students 😐).
Little by little I have been teaching the big adult boy to cook. He can cook pasta. He can cook a LOT of pasta 🤣 Not make it from scratch of course but thats OK. He can also make omlettes and lots of other basic things but I am trying to get him more involved in cooking especially when it's cooking the things that he has specfically requested.
We had a family favourite last night, mushroom risotto. I made double so we had enough to make arancini balls today. I think this is the trick to making them as to make the risotto in order to make the arancini balls is a right faff. If you have the risoot already made you are half way there.
So here we are...The Worlds Largest Arancini Balls...
