Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Stamptastic Limited website, orders by email/telephone and are set out below. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Please also read our Privacy Policy section regarding personal information provided by you.


All orders should be received within 7 days. Please allow 10 days to cover Bank Holidays and busy periods such as summer holidays etc. We deliver free anywhere in the U.K. including the Channel Islands. We also export to European countries for an extra postage charge of £4.00 per order. The rest of the world incur a £9.00 extra tracking charge. We are now sending all our international orders (outside Europe) via Royal Mail tracking, this is because we have found the standard international post to be unreliable. The tracking service ensures all items will be delivered within 5-7 working days and are tracked in 5 different locations after dispatch. There is also an online confirmation of delivery.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.


The price shown for the goods includes shipping costs to the UK unless specifically stated and includes VAT. We are unable to deduct the VAT on orders from the Channel Islands or overseas.


We will replace free of charge or refund in full where the personalisation mistake is ours or goods are defective in material or workmanship. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return both stamp(s) and inkpad within 30 days of our dispatched date and we will give you a full refund for the purchase costs. We are sorry but we cannot refund the postage costs but please just use second class postage.

Please obtain proof of postage from your Post Office. This is a free service that your Post Office offer. We are sorry but we cannot provide refunds on returns that go missing in the post.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of this site.


All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible. A refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.


All orders are accepted on the condition that English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts apply to all such accepted orders.
