Starting School Free Resource: Rhyming Place Mat

Learn a bank of nursery rhymes. Print of our nursery

rhyme mat preferably on card and laminate it or pop it

into a plastic wallet. Use the mat at mealtimes, dough play

and craft activities to incorporate rhyme into daily

activities.

This activity is a pre reading skill and will help your child to learn to read when the start reception class in September.
